After years of applying for help through the City of Dallas' home repair programs, Mill City resident Eula Wilson is finally receiving a brand new home. It will be built by South Dallas nonprofit organization Frazier Revitalization, after a home assessment revealed unsafe living conditions.

Frazier Healthy Homes is a South Dallas nonprofit program that provides home repairs to low-income residents, helping them to stay in their homes and pass down property to the next generation.
