After facing numerous obstacles with city programs, longtime Mill City resident Eula Wilson is set to receive a new home from the nonprofit Frazier Revitalization.

After years of applying for help through the City of Dallas' home repair programs, Mill City resident Eula Wilson is finally receiving a brand new home. It will be built by South Dallas nonprofit organization Frazier Revitalization, after a home assessment revealed unsafe living conditions.

Dallas residents have been struggling to access home repair assistance through the City of Dallas since 2020, and the Dallas Free Press is working to update a resource guide to help them navigate the shifting system.
