Vecinos Unidos\Casa Rio Neighborhood 30yr. Anniversary and Mural Unveiling

Vecinos Unidos and Los Altos NA invites the West Dallas community to celebrate Vecinos Unidos’ 30 years of service since its founding by Rosa Lopez. Rosa Lopez visioned and led the housing development Casa Rios Neighborhood which also celebrates 30 years as a community. This celebration is the second installment of the community leadership capstone powered by the West Dallas Community Vision and Plan.
