Aging and disability resource centers (ADRCs) are part of the No Wrong Door system, which is designed to streamline public access to long-term services and supports (LTSS). ADRCs serve as a key point of access to person-centered LTSS specialized information, referral and assistance, and provide one-stop access to information for people who need help finding LTSS. ADRCs help cut through the confusing maze of funding sources, multiple intake systems and eligibility processes.
