DCAD evalu\u00f3 ese mismo terreno a $2,500 en el 2000.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"block-a5698002-d74d-4c7c-a19d-f39ce135ad8d\">Cuando Ross recibi\u00f3 la apreciaci\u00f3n del a\u00f1o, sin embargo le impresion\u00f3 la evaluaci\u00f3n del terreno vacante- subi\u00f3 a $168,000, casi lo triple. Estamos negociando con n\u00fameros m\u00e1s altos de los que est\u00e1bamos negociando hace tres o cuatro a\u00f1os.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"block-4ad12de5-3c60-419a-bd97-299c26dc040e\">Wesley-Rankin no es \u00fanico. Hace cuatro a\u00f1os, cuando Toler empez\u00f3 a trabajar en Hamilton Park, busc\u00f3 una comparaci\u00f3n y encontr\u00f3 que el 95% de los residentes de Highland Park hab\u00edan presentado protestas, mientras que el inverso era cierto en Hamilton Park\u2014 solo 5% de los residentes hab\u00edan protestado.
